Virginia Sue Tyler (Ginger) Noe Obituary (1950 - 2018)

Virginia (Ginger) Sue Tyler Noe , age 67 of Morrilton, born September 21, 1950 to the late Alice Josephine Styers and late Paul Raymond Tyler in Oxford, MS, passed away Thursday February 8, 2018 in Conway AR. Ginger was a retired Assistant Manager and her hobbies included: Spending time with family and friends, shopping, bird watching, caring for her plants, watching her daytime stories and staying up to date on the news. She is preceded in death by her husband: Elmore Wayne Noe and brothers- Raymond S. Tyler, and James Frank Tyler. She loved to the moon and back and always made everyone around her smile and laugh with her witty personality. She was one of the kindest souls there was and will be deeply missed by all her family and many friends.
