Thomas Duggan

–

Greenbrier, Arkansas

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Thomas Austin Duggan, age 12, born on December 16th, 2013 in North Little Rock, AR to Ashley Duggan and Brock Anthony Walden. Thomas was a beacon of love, courage, and joy in our lives, whose light will continue to shine in our hearts forever. He was an extraordinary young man whose thoughtful nature, supportive spirit, and unwavering love touched the lives of many.

Thomas was a 7th grade student at Greenbrier Middle School. His love of music was evident as he played the trombone in the school band with a passion that resonated with everyone around him. Outside the school, he found immense joy in playing video games, deer hunting with his Papa, and spending quality time with his friends, Calvin, Jayden, and Mason. Thomas had an affectionate heart for animals, treating them with the same loving kindness he extended to his friends and family. His favorite subjects were math and science, indicative of his intellectual prowess. His conversational skills were far beyond his years, often leading to profound discussions that left a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to have known him.

Thomas was a courageous soul whose love for his family and friends was boundless. As Helen Keller once said, "The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the heart." Thomas embodied this quote through his actions, making the world a better place with his presence. He is survived by his loving parents, Ashley Fleetwood (Isaac) of Greenbrier and Brock Walden (Racheal Arra) of Sherwood who will forever cherish the precious memories of their beloved son.
Grandparents: James & Tania Duggan of Quitman, TX, Toby & Jackie Fleetwood of Jacksonville, FL, Doyle & Belinda Ainsworth of Butlersville, AR, Harold Walden Jr. (Phyllis), of Sherwood, Harold Walden Sr., and (Dorothy) of Sherwood, Siblings: Iris Fleetwood, Kaiden Walden, Athena Walden, Dalton Lenahan, aunt Lindsey Walden of Butlersville, AR along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and other friends.
