Private Memorial Service at a later date Sherry Ann Baldwin, 70, of Morrilton, AR passed away June 23, 2017. Mrs. Baldwin was born September 13, 1946 in San Antonio, Texas to Elwood and Rachel Baldwin. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bob Lowman. She is survived by one son, Joseph Elwood and wife Bertha A.P. Sablan; two daughters, Salena Rachel Sablan, Caridad Rose Sablan; one brother, Bruce Alan Baldwin; seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
