Mrs. Cook was born February 20, 1969 to James and Myrtle Cook. She loved animals, enjoyed spending time at the ocean, and adored her grandchildren and family. She is preceded in death by her father, James A. Cook. She is survived by her loving mother, Myrtle Cook: son, Shean Cook; daughter, Amber Cook; brother, Mike Cook; and three grandchildren who had her heart. Graveside service will be held Friday, July 26, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Crest Lawn Memorial Park, 472 US-64, Conway, AR. Arrangements made by Rosewood Cremation and Funeral Services.
