Pamla June (Ballinger) Cox was born in Ola, Arkansas on June 09, 1953, a daughter to Jimmie Lee and Edith Garner Ballinger. Pamla passed away in Perryville, Arkansas on July 24, 2021 at the age of 68.\r\n \r\nPamla was a 26-year resident of Hot Springs, Arkansas. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Oaklawn Chapel Church in Hot Springs. Pamla was as tough as nails but had a heart of gold. She never ceased to taken on new ventures in her professional life and was a jack of many trades. Pamla lived life large and always had her best friend Crystal by her side; never knew what the two would get into next. She was the best mom and Nana her grandchildren and inherited grandchildren could ask for. She was loved fiercely and will be missed by those who knew her. \r\n\r\nPamla is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 23 years: Ernest Raymond Cox; along with several brothers and sisters. \r\n\r\nPamla is survived by her son; Toby Cox of Houston, Arkansas; daughter; Aleesa Taylor and husband Josh of Perryville, Arkansas; step son: Billy Cox and wife Sharon of Hot Springs; step daughters: Tina Patton and husband Dan of Oklahoma, Sherry Vaughn and husband Bryan of Hot Springs; sisters: Pansy Nail of Alma, Arkansas, Betty Barnes of Ola, Arkansas, Tommie Liska of Centerville, Arkansas; 13 grandchildren; numerous grandchildren; and special friend/ sister: Crystal Steward. \r\nServices for Pamla will be announced at a later date. \r\n\r\nService and arrangements are made by Rosewood Cremation and Funeral, 301 East Broadway Street, Morrilton, AR 72110 (501) 477-2228.
