Micheal Lee Pastor Burden Obituary (1955

Private Family Service/ Pastor Micheal Lee Burden, 65, of Conway, AR went to be with the Lord on June 20, 2020 surrounded by his family. He was born January 6, 1955 in Denison, TX to Leonard and Ruth Burden. Micheal devoted his life to his ministry, and loved any opportunity to spread the word of God. He loved spending time with his family, and would always make time to take them all on vacation. His grandchildren brought him abundant joy in his later years, and he would spoil them with every chance he had. Micheal loved people, especially while sharing food and laughter with them. Christmas was Micheals favorite holiday; everyone would know well in advance of its arrival when he started playing Christmas music in August. He will be remembered for his warm hugs and infectious laugh. He is preceded in death by his parents, Leonard Burden and Ruth Allen Burden. He is survived by his loving wife, Pam Burden of Conway, AR; son, John (Katie) Burden of Little Rock, AR; daughter, Susan (Jeremiah) Barrett of Greenbrier, AR; foster son, Joey Knighten of Monroe, LA; brother, Kenneth (Lisa) Burden of Wentzville, MO; three grandchildren, Jules Barrett, Beatrix Barrett, and Juno Burden. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Pastor Micheal Burdens honor to Gideons International. A private service will be held for the family.
