Lawrence Siebenmorgen

October 5, 1934 – October 20, 2026

Lawrence Siebenmorgen, 92, passed away Tuesday morning, October 20, in Conway.

He was born on October 5, 1934, to the late Herman Siebenmorgen and Apollonia (Wewers) Siebenmorgen. Lawrence served in the Arkansas National Guard in Conway from 1952 to 1954 before joining the U.S. Air Force in 1954, where he worked in teletype communications and rose to the rank of Staff Sergeant within three years. He later settled in Florida and worked as a ticket reservation agent for Eastern Airlines from 1965 to 1990 before moving to Morrilton in the early 1990s.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Gregory Siebenmorgen, and seven sisters: Sister Brendan Siebenmorgen, OSB; Sister Herman Marie Siebenmorgen, SSND; Sister Dolores Marie Siebenmorgen, SSND; Monica Siebenmorgen; Catherine Pinter; Teresa Siebenmorgen; and Mary Ann Davis.

He is survived by three sisters: Rose Nelson of Streamwood, Illinois; Bertha Gottsponer of Morrilton; and Dolores Land of Conway and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Friday, October 23, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Morrilton with visitation at 10:00 am followed by a Rosary at 10:30 am and Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am officiated by Fr. Stephen Hart. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery following the mass.
