Larry Bruce Treadwell Obituary (1962 - 2022)

Larry Bruce Treadwell of Lowell, AR went to his heavenly home on Saturday, January 15th. He was born December 31, 1962 in Jacksonville, FL to Carole Biggers and Larry Treadwell. He was of the Baptist faith and accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Bruce graduated from Sheridan High School in 1980 and attended Henderson University studying in Aviation. At the age of 13, Bruce was a licensed certified scuba diver and he received his pilots license at the age of 21. Bruce loved his family and taking road trips with his wife on the weekends. He never met a stranger and loved making people laugh. Bruce was a lover of the outdoors, hunting and fishing but his greatest passion was spending time in a canoe on the James River in Galena, MO. Bruce was a truck driver for 11 years and enjoyed being on the road and traveling to different states. Bruce is survived by his wife and best friend for the last 4.5 years, Melinda (Hazelip), his mother, Carole Treadwell, Branson, MO, Two sons, Larry Weldon Treadwell(Rebecca) Netty, WV, Justin Treadwell (Rebecca) of Paron, AR, Step Children Brandon Kendrick(Jordan), Blake Kendrick(Ashley) and Megan Hoover(Ross) all of Pea Ridge, AR. He is also survived by a brother, Bobby Treadwell of San Antonio, TX, 8 grandchildren, other extended family members and a lot of long time friends. Bruce also has 2 daughters, Crystal Treadwell and Sydnee Treadwell of Missouri. Bruce is preceded in death by his father Larry Treadwell, Brother Robert Treadwell and grandparents, MW(Bruce) Treadwell and Edith F. Treadwell. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 18th at 11:00a.m. with services starting at 1:00pm at Bob Neal and Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Morrilton. Interment will follow at Adams Cemetery in Lanty, AR. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations be made to The Circle of Life-Hospice Home at Legacy Village- Bentonville, AR.
