He was born March 10, 1956 in Chicago Heights, IL to John and Zona Cushman Sr. He is preceded in death by his father. Survived by his mother, Zona Jean Dearien of MT. View, AR; one son, John Cushman III of Pocola, OK; two daughters, Erica Brudjar of Broomfield, CO, Cody DiCicco of Clearwater, FL; one sister, Beth Boling of Clinton, AR; four grandchildren, Alex, Kendyl, Joscilyn, Brayden; nieces and nephews, Alicia Cherry, Shanna Williams, Kj, Shon Paul; and many other relatives and friends.
