Janie Elizabeth Lotz Obituary (1938

Visitation: Thursday November 30, 2017 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm/ Place: Rosewood Cremation and Funeral, Conway, AR/ Memorial Service, November 30, 2017 at 1:00 pm, Rosewood Cremation and Funeral, Conway, AR/ Janie Elizabeth Lotz was born December 15, 1938 to Jack and Elizabeth Lovette in Brandon, Mississippi. She passed away November 27, 2017 at Conway Regional Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her Mother and Father. Janie was reared in Brandon, MS and attended Belhaven University in Jackson, MS. There she met Arnold Lotz Jr., the love of her life and vice versa. They were married June 17, 1960. They were blessed with one daughter, Jill Lotz, of Conway, Arkansas. Janie is survived by Arnold, Jill, her sisters, Kay Harris, Liz Foster, her nephew, Jonathan Harris(Daphne) and niece, Stephanie Shortt, plus her great nephews, Mason Shortt, Beres Short, and great niece, Makaila Harris, numerous cousins and their families, as well as special friends, Bonnie Stidham, Ricky Havens, and Mary Kay Rolla. Janie was a special person who love God, her family, furry babies, friends, good food, playing bridge, and the Rolling Stones. She was a grand story teller, but could never tell a joke for laughing at the punch line before she got to it. She will be missed by all who love her! Many thanks to Dr. Tyrone Lee, the nurses and staff at Conway Regional Medical Center, Salem Place, and Kindred Hospice for their love and care. Visitation will be held Thursday November 30, 2017 at Rosewood Cremation and Funeral Service in Conway, AR from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Memorial service will follow at 1:00 pm.
