Ginger Moore

Virginia Annetta Moore, known affectionately as Ginger, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, walked into the arms of Lord and Savior on June 12, 2024. Born on December 14, 1958 in Pine Bluff, the city she cherished her whole life. Ginger's life was filled with love, laughter, and a whole lot of fishing. Never one to be outdone by her late husband, Carl, she could often be found at the end of a fishing line, wagering on who would reel in the biggest catch of the day. A loving, reliable, humble, and dedicated woman, Ginger's zest for life was only second to her devotedness to family. Ginger also loved her church family and was always there to lend a helping hand at church activities.

Ginger is remembered with love by her step-children, Tami (Steven) Scroggins, Jack Moore, Todd (Cherie) Moore, Cindy (Michael) Smith, Tracy Moore, many "Grands" and "Great-Grands". A very special Aunt Della (Bill) Threlkeld, Aunt Bess Bradford and a host of cousins also survive her. Ginger was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Carl Moore, her dear parents, Howard and Annetta Sheely, step-daughter Kim Harrison, step daughter-in-law Anna Moore and Uncle Bill Bradford. Ginger's heart was always full when speaking about her family, and especially her "grands" and "great -grands". Her love for them was as vast as the Arkansas sky, and her devotion was as strong as the currents that carried her fishing line.

A celebration of Ginger's life will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024 at 2:00pm at Rosewood Cremation & Funeral, 438 U.S. 64 East, Conway, Arkansas, 72032. We invite you to join us in remembering a woman who was always the life of the party, the one who could make a room light up simply by walking in. We will laugh, we will cry, but most importantly, we will remember Ginger for the incredible woman she was.
