It seems the heavens needed a good laugh and a quality CNA, so they sent for our beloved Frank Anthony Frego. Born on August 1, 1972 in Conway, AR, Frank spent a whopping 54 years crafting the fine art of humor, loyalty, and thoughtfulness, while squeezing in some time for his favorite pastimes – sci-fi movies, Marvel comics, and head-banging to Metallica (whom he met once, a high point of his life that he would tell anyone who'd listen and even those who wouldn't).
Frank was famously funny, with a creative knack for turning even the dullest of days into a stand-up comedy show. He was a loyal and thoughtful friend, always there when you needed a laugh or a helping hand. His career as a CNA at Conway Human Development Center was not just an occupation, but a calling. He cared deeply for his patients, proving that superheroes don't always wear capes - sometimes they wear scrubs and have a wicked sense of humor. As Dr. Seuss once said, "To the world you may be one person; but to one person you may be the world." This quote perfectly encapsulates Frank's approach to life.
Surviving in the wake of his laughter are his beloved wife Constance, parents: John Frego (Carmen) of Vilonia, Becky Crum (Tom) of Mt. View, children: twins Lex & Maddison Green, Jayla Holder, Mordred Holder, Danica Dennis all of Conway, sisters: Tonia Ellis and Tiffany Matthew’s both of Conway along with many other family and friends.
We know Frank would want us to remember him with laughter and joy, just as he lived his life. So, let's honor his memory in true Frank style.
Please join us for a Red Cup Celebration, akin to a toast but with a little more Frank-flair, on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 2:00 pm CDT at Rosewood Cremation & Funeral, 438 U.S. 64, Conway, Arkansas, 72032.
