Erica Clem

Erica Marie Clem (LaSerre) 45, passed away peacefully in her home on November 12, 2022. She was born on July 7, 1977 to Carol and Ronald LaSerre in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She attended Plato High School. She was known to be an animal lover, mainly cats. She took in strays whenever she could. Her dream was to open a cat rescue.

Erica was like a mother to many and she bonded easily with people making it easy to talk to her. She worked hard and was proud of that. She was a cook. She loved her children and grandchildren very much. The way her smile would light up the room will never be forgotten. Erica was a beautiful person, with a beautiful soul, gone to soon.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her grandparents; Robert and Julia LaSerre.

Erica is survived by her daughters; Ashly (Eric) Slawson, Peyton Nunn, And Destiny York, her sons; Blake York and Gabriel Clem, grandsons; Luke and Geralt Slwson, her brother; Robert (Julie) LaSerre, her sister Charlie LaSerre, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and beloved friends.

A memorial will be held Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Fort Reach Church in Hattieville, AR at 5 P.M.
