Charles Embry, 85, of Conway, AR passed away August 22, 2017 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Embry was born April 15, 1932 in St. Jo, Texas to Barney and Viola Embry. He was an Army Veteran, a member of First Baptist Church in Crossett, AR, and worked at Georgia Pacific for many years as a heavy equipment operator. He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother; and three sisters.

He is survived by his loving wife, Norma Embry of Conway, AR; one son and daughter-in-law, Charles Alan and Tammy Embry of Conway, AR; one daughter and son-in-law, Denae and Scott Zigtema of Portage, MI; and three grandchildren.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
