With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of a courageous, compassionate, reliable, and spirited man, Brandon Clyde Bryant, born on October 30, 1985, in Morrilton, AR, to Penny Hulsey and the late Jimmy C. Bryant. Brandon passed away on December 4, 2024 at the age of 39. He was a resident of Lanty, Arkansas and was adopted by James and Janet Huett of Lanty. His love for his family, his community, and the outdoors were only surpassed by his love for his Lord and Savior.
Brandon was a hard-working and dedicated member of the Old Hickory Baptist Church, where he found solace and strength in his faith, particularly during his recent battle with cancer. A lover of the outdoors, he found joy in hunting, fishing, mowing, collecting scrap metal, he also enjoyed simply driving around with his family to see where they would end up. His infectious spirit and love for people were evident in his eagerness to hear their stories and learn all about them. There wasn't anyone Brandon wouldn't help; his selfless nature was a beacon of light in the world. As the Bible says, "Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in Heaven" (Matthew 5:16). Brandon truly embodied this verse, living a life that glorified God through his actions.
Brandon leaves behind his devoted wife, Sara Bryant; his beloved children, Noah Eoff and Jaelynn Bryant; his caring parents, James and Janet Huett all of Lanty; mother: Penny Hulsey of Morrilton, his brother, Jimmy Bryant and wife Janine of Morrilton; his mother-in-law, Carma Eoff of Russellville; and his brother-in-law, Randall Eoff of Morrilton along with six nieces and nephews, and many other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Charles and Jewel Conley and Roy and Gladys Bryant and father in law Randy Eoff.
His memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved him. His legacy of love, courage, and faithfulness will continue to inspire those left behind.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 6:00pm at Old Hickory Baptist Church, Old Hickory Road, Hattieville, Arkansas, 72063.
Though we mourn Brandon's passing, we find solace in the knowledge that he is now at peace and in the presence of his Lord and Savior. As Brandon knew, "For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain" (Philippians 1:21).
We invite you to share your fondest memories of Brandon and upload photos of him on his memorial page as a tribute to his life and the love he spread to all who knew him. We find comfort in remembering his spirited personality and the love he had for his family, his church, and his community.
